About your role

We are seeking an ambitious Creative Producer to strengthen our marketing team with expertise in developing gameplay creatives and optimizing costs for their high-quality and fast production.

What you’ll be doing

• Generating 10-30 hypotheses per week that can be quickly produced and tested
• Briefing executors (motion designers, artists, freelancers, contractors) with clear requirements
• Coordinating the workflow of 20-40 executors
• Monitoring creative trends, searching for new ideas, mechanics, and concepts for testing
• Overseeing task execution, analyzing deadlines and the quality of delivered work
• Working with freelancers: independently search, hire, test, and make decisions on further collaboration

We hope that you have

• At least 3 years of experience in developing gameplay creatives for mid-core projects
• Expertise in team management: vast experience working with executors, the ability to formulate ideas and briefs, distribute and control tasks
• Deep understanding of the creative industry and knowledge of market trends
• The ability to quickly come up with new ideas and adapt them to marketing strategies
• A business-oriented mindset: an understanding of the importance of testing speed in finding practical solutions
