Job Description

We are looking for a member to work with us on "Customer Support Second Response" within Cygames' customer support team, which prioritizes "User First." Specifically, you will receive consultations from staff handling inquiries via email, discuss with departments operating games and services, and determine response policies. This role does not involve direct inquiry responses to users unless irregularities arise. Your main tasks will involve discussions and meetings with staff handling inquiries, game development teams, and departments operating services. Therefore, communication skills developed in customer service or sales will be valuable. No prior experience in the gaming industry or customer support is required. Eventually, you will manage a team of 30-100 people (or assist in management) and build and operate operational rules.
Must have:
  • Experience in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

仕事内容

「ユーザー第一優先」を掲げるCygamesのカスタマーサポートチーム内における「カスタマーサポート二次対応」のお仕事を一緒におこなっていただけるメンバーを募集いたします。

具体的には、メールでのお問い合わせ対応をしているスタッフから相談を受け、ゲーム及びサービスを運用している部署と協議を行い、対応方針の決定をしていくことが中心的な業務となります。
「カスタマーサポート一次対応」ではありませんので、イレギュラーが発生しない限り、ユーザーの方々と直接のお問い合わせ対応業務は発生しません。

お問い合わせ対応をしているスタッフや、ゲームを開発しているチーム、サービスを運用している部署との折衝や打ち合わせが主な業務内容になります。
そのため、接客業や営業などで身に着けたコミュニケーション能力が活かせるお仕事です。
ゲーム業界やカスタマーサポート未経験者でも歓迎いたします。

ゆくゆくは30名~100名のチームマネジメント(またはマネジメント補佐)とオペレーションルールの構築・運営をしていただきます。
