Job Summary
This role involves driving data-driven decision-making for product marketing and management teams. The Data Analyst will conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and develop reports and dashboards using KPIs. Key responsibilities include applying data science and machine learning for classification, segmentation, and forecasting, as well as designing and maintaining automated data flows, datalakes, and pipelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Must Have
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Interpret findings to provide actionable insights for business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Communicate KPIs and insights to various stakeholders.
- Apply data science and machine learning for classification, segmentation, forecasting.
- Develop and deploy models using regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data flows.
- Set up datalakes and pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, databases, data governance, data quality.
- 2-4 years experience as a data-driven professional.
- Undergraduate degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of data science and analytics concepts.
- Good problem-solving skills.

As a key member of our group, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing a framework for data-driven decision-making for the product marketing and product management teams. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, data science, and machine learning to drive business growth and improvement.
In your new role you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and patterns, and interpret findings to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to various stakeholders.
- Data Science and Machine Learning: Apply data science and machine learning concepts to perform classification, segmentation, and forecasting. This includes developing and deploying models using techniques such as regression, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks.
- Automation and Data Flows: Design, develop, and maintain automated data flows to support business decision-making. This includes setting up datalakes and pipelines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
- Key Performance Metrics and Dashboards: Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to drive business growth and improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience with data science and machine learning libraries such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles and practices, including data bases, data governance, and data quality
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 2-4 years experience a data-driven professional with a strong analytical understanding and a passion for using data science and machine learning to drive business growth.
- Undergraduate degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong understanding of data science and analytics concepts and good problem solving skills.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with semiconductor industry tools and data sets.
- Certifications in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
