Job Summary
Responsible for accurately extracting IP derivative product selling points based on different game IP projects, developing peripheral derivatives using relevant materials to meet the needs of IP consumers. Collaborate with product-related teams to create process sheets, provide initial supervision feedback, and ensure product implementation to mass production. Understand market and product trends, with insights into product design.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or above in visual/industrial/product/graphic design or related majors.
- 2+ years of work experience in animation/game/cultural and creative derivative products.
- Familiar with production processes and procedures, with experience in successful product launch.
- Understand the design and production process of mainstream IP derivatives.
- Familiar with the design application and production process of paper printed materials, acrylic, and tinplate badges.
- Proficient in using drawing software such as PS/AI/SAI to complete derivative product design.
- Possess good visual expression ability and solid graphic design foundation.
- Good understanding of character lighting and emotional atmosphere.
- Possess innovative spirit, teamwork spirit, certain stress resistance, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good self-driving ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Provide a personal portfolio with your resume, including at least five different categories of peripheral derivative product independent design displays.

1. Based on different game IP projects, accurately extract IP derivative product selling points, and use relevant materials to develop peripheral derivative products to meet the needs of IP consumers.
2. Collaborate with various product-related teams to complete the production of process sheets (confirming product dimensions, materials, packaging forms, process details, etc.), provide initial supervision feedback, and ensure product implementation to mass production.
3. Understand market and product trends, and have thoughts and understanding of product design.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in visual/industrial/product/graphic design or related design majors, with more than 2 years of work experience in animation/game/cultural and creative derivative products, familiar with production processes and procedures, and experience in successful product launch.
2. Interested in game peripheral design, understand the design and production process of mainstream IP derivatives, familiar with the design application and production process of paper printed materials, acrylic, and tinplate badges, and able to effectively execute work arrangements from superiors.
3. Proficient in using drawing software such as PS/AI/SAI to complete derivative product design work; those with drawing ability and proficient in P4 software operation are preferred; possess good visual expression ability and solid graphic design foundation, with a good understanding of character lighting, emotional atmosphere, etc.
4. Possess innovative spirit and teamwork spirit, have certain stress resistance, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and collaboration skills, good self-driving ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
