Job Summary

Onward Search is seeking a meticulous Digital Content Publishing, QA/QC professional for a 12-month hybrid contract role in New York, New York. This position involves ensuring the highest quality standards for digital publishing operations, including web pages, forms, social media posts, emails, and marketing content. The role guarantees that all digital assets are error-free, adhere to brand and accessibility standards, and function seamlessly across various platforms.

Must Have

  • Lead QA/QC efforts within the Digital Publishing team, setting and upholding quality benchmarks and best practices.
  • Execute thorough QA/QC processes for digital outputs, such as AEM content, Hearsay content, Adobe Target, forms, social media posts, emails, landing pages, and microsites.
  • Conduct comprehensive accessibility (ADA) and cross-browser/device testing to ensure compliance and uniformity.
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation, checklists, and testing protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with authors, developers, and project managers to swiftly address and resolve issues.
  • Stay informed about ADA standards and updates, providing necessary materials and training to the team.
  • Oversee and manage quality assurance for the client's website.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement to optimize digital publishing workflows and testing efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Keen attention to detail and strong copywriting abilities.
  • Proven QA/QC experience in digital publishing.
  • Solid understanding of ADA compliance and policy.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with marketing leads and web/design teams.

Good to Have

  • Strong communication skills, with prior management or coaching experience.
  • Familiarity with Hearsay, Adobe Target, OneTrust, DAM platforms, Workfront, and Stensul.
  • In-depth knowledge of WCAG, usability, and responsive design best practices.
  • Capability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We’re hiring a Digital Content Publishing, QA/QC professional for our client, a leading organization committed to delivering high-quality digital experiences. This is a 12-month contract role based in New York, New York, with a hybrid onsite schedule and the potential to extend. Onward Search provides benefits for a 40-hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for the duration of the contract.

Digital Content Publishing, QA/QC Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA/QC efforts within the Digital Publishing team, setting and upholding quality benchmarks and best practices.
  • Execute thorough QA/QC processes for digital outputs, such as AEM content, Hearsay content, Adobe Target, forms, social media posts, emails, landing pages, and microsites.
  • Conduct comprehensive accessibility (ADA) and cross-browser/device testing to ensure compliance and uniformity.
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation, checklists, and testing protocols.
  • Offer constructive feedback and training to team members to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with authors, developers, and project managers to swiftly address and resolve issues.
  • Stay informed about ADA standards and updates, providing necessary materials and training to the team.
  • Oversee and manage quality assurance for our client's website.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement to optimize digital publishing workflows and testing efficiency.
  • Occasionally perform authoring tasks as required.

Digital Content Publishing, QA/QC Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Keen attention to detail and strong copywriting abilities.
  • Proven QA/QC experience in digital publishing.
  • Solid understanding of ADA compliance and policy.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with marketing leads and web/design teams.
