Job Description
In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Digital Coordinator, with more than three years of experience in implementation, monitoring, and optimization of digital buying campaigns, capable of leading teams and transforming data into strategic actions that drive results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns in digital environments.
- Supervise the execution of strategies on multiple platforms.
- Lead and coordinate teams, ensuring efficiency and objective fulfillment.
- Analyze results, identify learnings, and translate them into strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Advanced handling of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and DV360.
- Results-oriented, data analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Leadership ability to motivate and guide teams towards outstanding results.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Experience in campaign tracking and reporting, with a focus on KPIs.
- Knowledge of digital ecosystem trends and tools.
- Results-oriented and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary areas.
- Advanced/bilingual English (essential).
