Marvell is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning for its Assembly and Test Operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in semiconductor assembly and test planning, with a proven track record in managing complex supply chain functions.

This role encompasses production control, NPI ramp planning, capacity management, and close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Finance and OSAT partners to ensure seamless manufacturing execution and fulfillment of customer requirements.

What You Can Expect

In this role, the successful candidate will:-

  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain planners to drive supply chain execution in a dynamic fabless semiconductor environment.
  • Analyze demand forecasts against supply constraints—including material availability, OSAT capacity, turnkey and consigned test capacity—and drive timely resolutions to meet customer requirements and revenue goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across key supply chain KPIs such as order acknowledgment efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to qualify strategic primary and secondary sources, enhancing Marvell’s supply chain resilience and capabilities.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external partners (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Sales, OSAT vendors) to drive excellence in supply chain performance.
  • Work closely with Procurement to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities that contribute to gross margin improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Test Engineering, Procurement and Quality, to successfully scale new products (NPI) into high-volume manufacturing.
  • Drive supply chain transformation efforts by leveraging advanced analytics and innovative tools to enhance operational efficiency and agility.

What We're Looking For

What You Bring to the Role:-

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience: 15+ years of extensive experience in semiconductor assembly and/or test operations. Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing large, global teams.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with supply chain systems and tools is a plus. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain best practices.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven ability to drive operational excellence in complex, fast-paced environments.
