Job Description

This role involves providing endpoint management services for complex organizational systems, identifying and resolving complex user incidents, and communicating solutions to technical and non-technical users. The administrator will manage major incident processes, ensure contractual service requirements, and proactively inform stakeholders. Responsibilities also include quality assurance, leading engineering standards, assisting with technology-related problem-solving, collaborating on implementation schedules, handling escalated customer inquiries, supporting continuous process improvement, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Must Have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in endpoint and EDR administration
  • Knowledge of Intune devices
  • Intermediate English
  • Professional in systems engineering or related fields

What success looks like in this role:

  • Provides endpoint management services for broader areas of the organization and more complex systems.
  • Identifies and resolves complex user incidents.
  • Communicates information about problems, solutions, and root causes to technical and non-technical users to help prevent future recurrences.
  • Regularly interacts with internal resources, other areas, and/or clients to manage major incident and change management processes.
  • Ensures that contractual service support requirements are understood and managed.
  • Proactively informs stakeholders about progress, issues, and challenges.
  • Provides quality assurance, including continuous improvement, process changes and documentation, as well as process and procedure training.
  • Leads the definition of engineering standards and technologies/frameworks, and directs associated working groups.
  • Helps identify, analyze, and resolve problems related to technology, information management, product development, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborates with teams and organizations to manage implementation schedules and technology/architectural releases, ensuring business needs are met throughout all phases of the process.
  • Attends to customer inquiries and manages issues escalated by less experienced team members.
  • Supports the implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintains relationships with external vendors and alliances for effective endpoint management.
  • Collaborates in the development of frameworks, standards, policies, principles, and procedures that guide technological decisions and maximize technology reuse.
  • Positively impacts the overall effectiveness of the team.
