Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing building maintenance operations, coordinating facility-related projects, and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and infrastructure across our site. You will lead the building maintenance team, plan and execute facility projects, respond to operational issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.   • Ensure compliance with safety, health, fire protection, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise cleaning staff and organize ad-hoc tasks.
  • Oversee park and road maintenance activities.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing building maintenance operations, coordinating facility-related projects, and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and infrastructure across our site.

As a Facility Engineer on our team, you’ll:

  • Lead and organize the building maintenance team, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Plan and execute facility-related projects, coordinating with internal departments.
  • Respond swiftly to daily operational issues in the production hall and site.
  • Develop and update preventive maintenance schedules for building equipment.
  • Ensure proper energy supply and documentation for equipment transfers.
  • Coordinate external maintenance services and ensure quality execution.
  • Maintain and update maintenance contracts and related documentation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Supervise external contractors and oversee technical acceptance of work.
  • Keep maintenance documentation up to date.
  • Collaborate on spare parts inventory management and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, fire protection, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise cleaning staff and organize ad-hoc cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee park and road maintenance activities.
