Field Demand Generator

The Commercial team is seeking a Field Demand Generator in Irapuato to execute the field demand generation plan. Responsibilities include generating demand in their UDN, applying agronomic knowledge of local crops (vegetables, brassicas, berries), identifying changes in pests and diseases, incorporating complementary tools, and managing key clients.

Must Have

• Agronomic, Agricultural Engineering or similar degree.
• Phytosanitary and agronomic knowledge of vegetables, brassicas, berries.
• Experience in crop protection, disease and pest detection.
• Technical-commercial experience in local crops.
• Availability to travel.
• Must be based in the work area.
• RFC certificate (issued by SAT).
• Valid driver's license (Chauffeur type).
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Generates field demand in their UDN, supporting the management of the Crop lead / MKT UDN.
• Agronomic knowledge of local crops: Vegetables, brassicas, berries.
• Identifies changes in pests, diseases, and farmer behavior to provide feedback to the team.
• Incorporates complementary tools into the offering in their UDN (DigAg, FinSol, Sust).
• Management of key clients.
