Financial Reporting & AI Manager

At GoDaddy, our Senior Financial Analyst focuses on modelling, tracking and understanding the business drivers. This role involves developing long-term strategic plans and driving initiatives, working directly with the Corporate Senior Leadership Team and various partners. You will design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate and enhance Finance team capabilities, leading initiatives to transform manual financial processes into efficient, AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities also include supporting annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses related to OPEX, building and analyzing reports for actionable financial insights, and consolidating budgets using AI-driven analytics.

Must Have

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate and enhance Finance team capabilities
• Lead automation initiatives to transform manual financial processes into efficient, AI-powered workflows
• Support annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses related to OPEX
• Build and analyse reports using Workday Adaptive Planning to deliver actionable financial insights
• Consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts across products and operations using AI-driven analytics
• 6+ years proven experience in finance, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in a global organization
• Proven hands-on experience building AI agents
• Strong technical skills in Excel
• Strong experience communicating financials effectively at all levels

Good to Have

• Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance
• Knowledge of Adaptive Planning, Workday and QuickSight
