Fixed-term contract - Internal/External Communications Officer M/F

This role involves managing internal and external communication projects to promote the company's image and solutions across various channels. Responsibilities include event management, content creation and updates for websites and social media, video project management from script to online publication, and editorial projects such as writing articles and creating presentations for internal and external audiences.

Must Have

• Management of internal or external events (e.g., Manager meetings or "All-staff" in person or hybrid mode)
• Content management and updating of the Thales website and social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Video project management: Scripting, shooting mini videos on tablet/smartphone, editing, online publishing
• Editorial project management: Writing and publishing articles on the Intranet, creating PowerPoint presentations and infographics for internal and external audiences (especially the press).

Good to Have

• Knowledge of the Defense sector would be a plus.

Your daily life

The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radio communications, resilient infrastructure networks and systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is quickly accessible by public transport.

As a project manager in internal/external communication, you are responsible for promoting the image and solutions of the Business Line via various channels: intranet, website, social networks, events.

As such, the missions will be as follows:

• Management of internal or external events (such as organizing Manager meetings or "All-staff" in person or hybrid mode)
• Content management and updating of the Thales website and social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Video project management: Scripting, shooting mini videos on tablet/smartphone, editing, online publishing
• Editorial project management: Writing and publishing articles on the Intranet, creating PowerPoint presentations and infographics for internal and external audiences (especially the press).

Your profile

You have a higher education (Bac+5) from a communication school, business school, or university, and you have significant experience within an internationally operating entity.

You have an aptitude for video editing and master associated tools (Premiere Pro, PlayPlay).

You master Pack Office, graphic software (Adobe Suite), and CMS tools.

Curiosity, agility, creativity, and proactivity are qualities recognized in you.

You have a very good sense of service and good interpersonal skills.

You have good knowledge of the digital world and associated tools.

Knowledge of the Defense world would be a plus.

You have a good written and oral command of English.
