- 1–2 years of experience in aviation, scheduling, or customer service
- Strong computer skills (Windows-based systems, MS Office)
- Excellent communication and situational awareness
- Comfortable working early morning shifts and weekends
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
