Frontend Developer (TypeScript)

Veeam Data Cloud is a software as a service (SaaS) offering for backup and recovery and data resiliency. It is a simple, flexible and powerful service built on top of Veeam’s industry-leading technology. This Frontend Developer role contributes to the Veeam Data Cloud platform by designing and developing highly responsive user interface components for web applications using React, testing and troubleshooting web applications, building reusable components, and collaborating with other engineering teams.

Must Have

• Expertise in React and TypeScript
• Ability to create visually appealing interfaces
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms)
• Passion for code quality, testing, and automation
• Impact and result-driven mindset
• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure Cloud or other public cloud providers
• Experience with E2E and unit tests implementation
• Experience with CI/CD

What You’ll Do

• Designing and developing highly responsive user interface components for web applications using React
• Testing and troubleshooting web applications. Designing and maintaining unit test and end-to-end test frameworks
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Collaborating with other engineering teams to discuss requirements, design and implementation

Technologies You’ll Work With

React, Zustand, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Playwright, Vite, Golang, Bash, Git.

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise with React and TypeScript
• Ability to create visually appealing interfaces
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms)
• You are passionate about code quality, extensibility, coding standards, testing, and automation
• You are impact and result-driven and biased towards execution
• BS, MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent industry experience

Bonus Skills
