We're currently working on several exciting projects and are looking for a Game Designer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Champion the game’s content and vision, clearly communicating it across the team
• Assist with the implementation and balancing of key game mechanics and systems
• Collaborate proactively with team members to ensure design-related goals are achieved
• Review in-progress work and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Ensure all game design work meets the highest quality standards
• Contribute new ideas and actively participate in the creative process

What we’re looking for

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation skills including the ability to clearly communicate core mechanics and gameplay loops
• Solid understanding of game mechanics, features and live service development
• Proven ability to seek feedback, take direction and follow through on action items
• Ability to collaborate with all disciplines
• Practical knowledge of game development tools and methodologies
• Track record of delivering high quality work on time and within budget
• Experience working on at least one shipped AA/AAA FPS title
• Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5
• An interest in World War II history or themes
