Job Summary
The General Accountant role at Gameloft in Paris involves managing general accounting, ensuring accuracy of accounting and tax entries for three French entities. Daily tasks include recording and reconciling general ledger accounts, reviewing supplier invoices, managing bank and intercompany transactions, preparing tax declarations, and performing monthly closing activities. - Prepare the Tax package for 3 entities on Cegid software.
- Perform monthly closing activities and reportings independently for 3 French entities.
- Participate to the improvement of accounting and operational procedures.

What it means on a daily basis
Accounting:
- Record, reconcile and analyse general ledger accounts,
- Review and approve supplier invoices.
Treasury:
- Manage bank transactions and intercompany related bank operations,
- Reconcile banks and handle multi-currency operations.
Tax:
- Prepare and file various tax declarations (TVA / CVAE / IS / DAS2…) and reportings for the Banque of France
- Prepare the Tax package for 3 entities on Cegid software
Month-end closing: Perform monthly closing activities and reportings independently for 3 French entities.
Procedure: Participate to the improvement of accounting and operational procedures.
