Responsible for all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met. Conducts P&L reviews with supervisors monthly, working a minimum of 50 hours per week with one day off and one on-call day. Ensures all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza standards, are properly staffed, and that team members receive training. Oversees repair and maintenance in all stores and ensures seamless implementation of new products and ideas. Aims for all stores to operate at a minimum 4-star level. Conducts self-assessments and makes necessary corrections, completes evaluations and raises as needed, and ensures timely submission of all reports and paperwork. Maintains accurate store-level paperwork, adheres to all product and operational standards, and ensures safety and security procedures are followed. Manages store budgets, prepares and delivers school lunches within required standards, and provides accurate accountability with a paper trail. Ensures all equipment is available and utilized correctly, and performs monthly inventory checks for each store. Utilizes and maintains systems checklists and visit books.
