Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, your primary role is to create memorable experiences for guests from their arrival to departure. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest requests, all while providing exceptional service. Taking initiative to personalize guest interactions and proactively promoting hotel facilities, including upselling services, are key aspects of this position. This role offers opportunities for growth within the Accor brand worldwide, with access to learning programs and employee benefits like discounted rates.
Must have:
  • Service-focused personality
  • Fluency in English
  • Greet, check-in, and settle accounts
  • Provide exceptional service

Good to have:
  • Prior experience with Opera or related system
  • Additional languages are a plus

Guest Service Agent

First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
