Your Mission as Head of Engineering:
- Overall responsibility for the Engineering division of the Above Water Systems (AWS) Business Line at two locations in Germany, including leading the teams in Software, Systems Engineering, IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification), Engineering Delivery and Technical Directorate
- Ensuring successful project and product execution including capacity planning, performance management and quality assurance
- Further development of methods, processes and tools in line with central engineering guidelines and maturity models
- Building and maintaining technical capabilities as well as responsibility for skill management and employee development in close cooperation with HR
- Harmonization of the development environment across locations and active participation in engineering governance at company level
