This role involves managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Responsibilities include managing peer and performance review cycles, conducting one-on-one meetings with employees for professional development, and handling recruitment for various roles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and support the hiring process.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Manage all changes in the employee life cycle (onboarding, performance management, offboarding).
  • Peer&Performance review cycle management.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to understand their needs, address concerns, and support their professional development.
  • Handle recruitment for different roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to identify internal staffing needs and requirements, providing ongoing support throughout the hiring process.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 1+ year of experience in HR & Recruiting.
  • Experience with employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Expertise in managing peer and performance review processes and career development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to identify internal needs and requirements for the recruitment team and facilitate processes within the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes.
  • Full proficiency in the Ukrainian language and at least an intermediate level of English.
