This role involves managing sensitive employee situations, reviewing misconduct, and recommending disciplinary actions, specifically for ER programs in India & APAC. Responsibilities include acting as an HR policy subject matter expert, assisting with ethics line matters, leading investigations, partnering on performance improvement plans, supporting associate lifecycle transactions, creating HR dashboards, engaging with associates to improve experience, and handling Workday updates and policy queries.
Good To Have:- Prior experience in HR generalist, Talent Management, Performance Management, Resourcing and HR Ops
Must Have:- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
- 3-5 years of HR experience with ER matters and investigations
- Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong operations background with data analysis ability
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to collaborate with internal/external groups
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work IST 1PM to 9PM
