Kavaliro is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist for our local Jacksonville client who brings precision, professionalism, and a strong grasp of HR operations to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing analytical work with people-focused responsibilities and has hands-on experience in areas such as work visa administration, compensation and benefits, and HR data management.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide new hires through the benefits enrollment process and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Manage and process work visa documentation, maintaining compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies.
  • Support compensation and benefits programs, assisting with reconciliations and conducting data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate HR records while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality across systems and departments.
  • Create and update HR reports in Excel using functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Partner with payroll and finance to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Contribute to audits, compliance reporting, and the rollout of HR policies.
  • Provide bilingual (Mandarin/English) support to employees for questions, documentation, and HR communications.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).
  • 2+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to work visas and compensation/benefits processes.
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
