Job Description

This role focuses on the administration of labor relations with shift delegates, monitoring employee satisfaction and the work environment, and managing personnel services. Responsibilities include administering and applying the RIT (Internal Regulations of Work), planning and executing events and recognition programs, and preparing reports on absenteeism and turnover. Key accountabilities involve Workday administration, daily payroll system management, payroll data preparation, personnel administration, reporting, supervision of employee personal files, managing employee liabilities, administering group life and health insurance, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and TISAX. The position also requires participation in HR projects, answering HR Admin and Payroll queries, and conducting standard HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits enrollment.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Workday administration.
  • Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider.
  • Payroll data preparation.
  • Personnel administration.
  • Reporting – payroll and personnel data.
  • Supervision of employee’s personal files .
  • Supervision of employee’s liabilities and communication with debt collectors.
  • Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance.
  • Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc.
  • Participation in HR Projects.
  • Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees.
  • Conducting standard HR processes – onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others.
