The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) partners with the Account Executive (AE) to retain recurring revenue and create new opportunities with existing or new accounts. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for transactional opportunities, supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The ISR is responsible for managing account relationships to drive sales and pipeline management, achieving sales quotas, and supporting product adoption.

  • Manage and support the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solutioning, sales closure, and technical demos.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and managing pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills.
  • Experience in direct selling and stakeholder interaction.
  • Experience supporting account teams, managing pipelines, and driving transactional deals.

Compensation and Benefits

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $55,000 to $70,000 CAD annually paid as a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.

As a full time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company's group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefits—will be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

Work location being Mississauga, ON and working hours could vary to ensure excellent customer and partner support for all time zones in Canada.
