Job Summary
The objective of this internship is to explore and structure the deployment potential of remanufacturing activity for small mobility electronic product batteries at Valeo. The intern will contribute to the development of a business development strategy, from market study to the proposal of a concrete business plan to complement the current offer.
Must Have
- Analyze the small mobility battery market (size, growth, segments, technologies, territorialities)
- Identify key players in remanufacturing and recycling
- Evaluate customer needs and regulatory/technological trends
- Propose adapted remanufacturing offer scenarios
- Define associated value propositions and service models (collection, diagnosis, reconditioning, warranty, distribution)
- Evaluate technical, economic, and environmental feasibility of offers
- Search and pre-qualify strategic partners
- Participate in initial discussions with partners
- Formulate strategic recommendations
- Develop a detailed business plan (SWOT, strategy, financial plan, indicators)
- Present results to management teams
- Last year Master's student (Bac+5) in Business School, Engineering School or University
- Strong interest in circular economy, electric mobility and sustainable development issues
- Proven analytical, synthesis and economic modeling skills
- Autonomy, proactivity, rigor and initiative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English imperative)
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good to Have
- Specialization in strategy, business development, innovation, environment, energy or circular economy is a plus

We are looking for an intern, the objective of this internship is to explore and structure the potential for deploying remanufacturing (reconditioning) activity for small mobility electronic product batteries at Valeo. The intern will contribute to the development of a business development strategy, from market study to the proposal of a concrete business plan to complement the current offer.
Missions:
- Market study: analyze the small mobility battery market (size, growth, segments, technologies, territorialities), identify key players in remanufacturing and recycling, and evaluate customer needs and regulatory and technological trends.
- Offer definition: propose adapted remanufacturing offer scenarios, define associated value propositions and service models (collection, diagnosis, reconditioning, warranty, distribution).
- Feasibility analysis: evaluate the technical (skills, equipment, processes), economic (costs, revenues, profitability) and environmental (CO2 reduction, resource savings) feasibility of the offers.
- Partner identification: research and pre-qualify strategic partners and participate in initial discussions.
- Strategic recommendations and business plan: formulate strategic recommendations, develop a detailed business plan (SWOT, strategy, financial plan, indicators) and present the results to management teams.
About you:
- Last year Master's student (Bac+5) in Business School, Engineering School or University (specialization in strategy, business development, innovation, environment, energy or circular economy is a plus).
- Strong interest in circular economy, electric mobility and sustainable development issues.
- Proven analytical, synthesis and economic modeling skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, rigor and initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English imperative).
