WHAT YOU DO

• You develop graphic concepts, key visuals, and layouts for demanding client projects
• As a (Junior) Art Director (all genders), you create and design holistic communication and translate complex content into understandable graphics
• In coordination with the project team, you support production processes in graphic design and ensure high quality standards
• You professionally prepare presentations and conduct briefings
• Your creative design solutions contribute to exciting strategy, architecture, and live communication projects
• You design cross-platform for various media: print, digital, and physical spaces

WHO YOU ARE

• You have successfully completed studies or training in communication design/visual communication
• Min. 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position or in Art Direction/Graphic Design
• You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite as well as common presentation tools and have sound knowledge of typography and CI guidelines, as well as good spatial imagination
• Affinity for tools like Figma, Frontify, After Effects and AI Tools
• Design sensibility, creative talent, and conceptual strength, as well as enthusiasm for lifestyle, innovations, and current design trends
• You work in a structured, hands-on manner and communicate confidently in German and English
