Junior Control Room Operator - Night Shift

SoftwareOne is seeking a Junior Control Room Operator for a night shift, on-site role in Barcelona. This position is ideal for individuals starting their IT career with basic knowledge in networks, systems, or electronics. You will be responsible for monitoring critical client systems, performing initial incident checks, and escalating issues as needed. Must Have

• Monitor systems, networks, and services according to established procedures.
• Perform initial diagnostics and escalate incidents to the appropriate technical team.
• Document alerts, events, and operational activities.
• Provide basic support related to LAN/WAN and structured cabling.
• Comply with quality standards and internal operational processes.
• Vocational Training in Electronics, Computer Systems, Networks or related areas.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, structured cabling and fiber optics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work on-site night shift.

Good to Have

• Previous experience in monitoring or helpdesk roles.
