Job Summary

As a Senior Service Operations Specialist at SoftwareOne and Crayon, you will be instrumental in shaping and improving service operations at scale. This hybrid, full-time role in Prague involves owning key operational processes, driving improvements across regions, and acting as an expert for systems like NAV, ServiceNow, PSA, and PPM. You will handle complex cases, train team members, and collaborate with finance, delivery, and development teams to ensure smooth global operations, from order handling to financial data validation and month-end closing activities.

Must Have

  • Run advanced operations in NAV, ServiceNow (SwoDP), PSA and PPM.
  • Own "Quote to Order" and "Order to Cash" processes for complex cases.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including revenue checks, project reconciliation, and data audits.
  • Partner with finance, delivery, and PM teams to ensure all project and financial data is correct and complete.
  • Collaborate with the DEV team on system enhancements: testing, feedback, and participation in workshops.
  • Support regional teams as a senior subject-matter expert and act as an escalation point for operational issues.
  • Strong background in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Business Operations.
  • Deep experience with ERP and project systems – NAV, PSA, ServiceNow PPM or similar.
  • Ability to work with complex financial data, spot inconsistencies, and drive corrections.
  • Experience improving processes, defining best practices, and supporting system changes.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams globally.
  • A collaborative mindset and readiness to mentor, train, and support junior team members.

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll own key operational processes, drive improvements across regions, and act as an expert for our systems and tools. You’ll support more complex cases, train others, and partner with finance, delivery, and development teams to keep everything running smoothly across our global setup.

What you’ll do
