Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing labor relations, including monitoring absenteeism and turnover. Responsibilities include developing and implementing employee retention plans, managing vendors, and monitoring the work environment. The position requires adherence to environmental and internal control systems, maintaining communication systems, and supporting social and sports events. It also includes recruiting and selecting personnel. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and proficiency in PC usage. Training will cover collective bargaining agreements, recruitment and selection, internal work regulations, and relevant personnel procedures.
