Job Description

1. Independently responsible for handling the company's domestic and international litigation and arbitration cases, covering intellectual property infringement disputes, contract disputes, unfair competition, and other fields.

2. Establish and improve litigation and rights protection management systems and processes, formulate case handling standards, evidence archiving specifications, and promote the standardization and efficiency of rights protection work.

3. Liaise with external law firms, maintain good cooperative relationships, coordinate external legal service resources, and ensure the quality and efficiency of case handling.

4. Produce rights protection case analysis reports, conduct targeted legal training, and enhance the internal team's risk prevention awareness.

5. Participate in the construction of the intellectual property protection system, collaborate with the intellectual property team to carry out IP layout, infringement monitoring, and rights protection linkage.

6. Provide legal support for other legal disputes and emergencies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from a well-known domestic law school or a high-quality overseas law school with a legal-related major, and has passed the National Judicial Examination (Legal Professional Qualification Examination).

2. 3-5 years of work experience in law firm litigation business or corporate litigation and rights protection legal affairs, familiar with civil litigation, intellectual property-related laws and regulations, and judicial practice procedures. Practical experience in intellectual property infringement litigation and rights protection is preferred.

3. Experience in overseas litigation, arbitration, or cross-border rights protection is preferred. Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.

4. Clear logical thinking, strong analytical and judgment skills, excellent communication and coordination, document drafting, and court argumentation skills.

5. Rigorous and responsible work, strong stress resistance, ability to adapt to multi-threaded case processing pace, and good teamwork spirit.
