Your future tasks:
- Communication with models, film crew, and location representatives for filming;
- Full organization of filming from the preparation of all production components to on-site work;
- Writing terms of reference for filming participants and colleagues;
- Budget formation, creation of a filming plan, search and agreement of cooperation terms with contractors, client communication.
What you will need for this?
- 1-2 years of experience in organizing shoots or production;
- English language level from Intermediate;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Problem-solving and get-it-done approach to tasks;
- Ability to structure and visualize information using Google Sheets, Docs, and other tools;
- Responsibility, independence, stress resistance;
- Excellent search skills (people, locations);
- Self-organization: ability to prioritize tasks and not lose sight of the big picture;
Will be a plus:
- Awareness and understanding of current social media trends;
- Experience with Notion, Figma (basic level);
