Job Summary
Manage overall DC operations in a strategic and cost-effective way, taking responsibility for the operations team's budget and P&L. Drive and lead initiatives for work improvement projects and competitive value-added services. Work closely with stakeholders to meet customer expectations, manage project implementation, achieve profit growth, and ensure KPIs are met. Ensure operations comply with company policies and regulations. Focus on smooth new customer onboarding, timely and penalty-free inbound/outbound shipments, continuous process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years experience in logistics/distribution center operations or customer service
- Experience managing sizable teams
- Knowledgeable in B2B/B2C and e-commerce business processes
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong customer mindset
- Result-oriented, good business sense, hands-on
- Proactive, detail-minded, continuous improvement
- Sound negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written)

Responsibilities:
Overall management for DC operations, in a strategic and cost-effective way
Responsible for accountable operations team’s budget & P&L
Drive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to our clients
Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers’ expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs met
Ensure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulations
End results
New customers onboarding and go-live smoothly
All inbound and outbound shipments proceed as a plan with no delay and penalty or extra cost will incur
Continuous improvement in operations processes
Customers satisfaction

Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification/Certification:
Preferably with Professional Certification
Experience:
Preferable to 5 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations/Customer service
Solid experience in managing the sizable team
Knowledgeable in B2B/B2C and e-comm business processes
Analytical and strategic thinking
Strong customer mindset
Result-orientated, good business sense, and hands-on
Proactive, detail-minded, and continuous improvement
Sound negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS
Good English communication skills ( verbal & written )
