DescriptionVI seeks a Marketing Lead to spearhead thought leadership, manage strategic events, create compelling content, and build vendor relationships. Responsibilities include developing reports, supporting CEO engagements, driving PR, crafting blogs, white papers, and case studies, planning and executing events, and designing sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B/AI, with strong writing and project management skills. Experience with content, events, and vendor management is essential; healthcare, life sciences, or AI familiarity is a plus.

We are seeking a smart, self-driven, and dedicated Marketing Lead to spearhead the company’s thought leadership initiatives, manage strategic events, craft compelling content, and foster strong vendor relationships. This role is critical in positioning Vi as an industry leader and driving its growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Thought Leadership: Develop reports, support CEO engagements, and drive PR initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to showcase expertise.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute strategic events and conferences.
  • Sales enablement assets: design and manage designer to produce A+ marketing and sales enablement materials  
  • Vendor Relations: Build and oversee key vendor and partner collaborations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B/AI space.
  • Strong writing and project management skills.
  • Experience with content, events, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or AI is a plus.
