Job Overview:
Role: Performance Marketing Manager
Based in: Bengaluru
Experience Require – Minimum 4 Years of Experience
Specific Objectives You Will Own:
- Manage user acquisition campaigns across a wide range of marketing channels, geographies and platforms to drive growth at a positive ROI.
- Plan utilization of Bombay Play’s marketing budget as to balance new experiments with existing performant campaigns
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Guide the creative team with quantitative feedback on creative asset performance across quality vectors with the goal of improving hit frequency of new creatives.
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (cohort ROAS, LTV, Retention, Spend, Volume, etc).
- Work with product leads to determine the quarterly KPI goals required for continued business growth.
- Stay up to date, anticipate and chart a course to navigate the latest data privacy laws, platform policies and best practices to maintain business compliance and marketing performance.
You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Execution experience in a small growth team and wearing multiple hats.
- Deep understanding of data and data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Both a critical thinker and creative.
