The Practitioner Success Manager at Google's gTech Ads Platform will drive activation of Ads Platform objectives, partner with gTech teams to enable customer support (training, SOP creation, hotspot analysis), and generate insights for product improvements. Responsibilities include developing a gTech Ads services strategy, collaborating with leadership to achieve regional goals, prioritizing and designing goals/metrics, creating servicing plans for advertisers, and improving service strategies to adapt to product and metric changes.
