Job Description
As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative data related to ROI. You will utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to assess business efficiency and prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations outlining analysis results, trends, and insights for stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights, evaluate the impact of initiatives, and build and optimize internal incentive plans. You will regularly present findings to management and provide actionable recommendations, contributing to informed decision-making and improved business performance. This role needs to be involved in cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies to influence decision-making.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proven experience in business/financial analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills

What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative data related to ROI
- Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to assess business efficiency.

- Financial Modeling:
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies to influence decision-making.

- Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations outlining analysis results, trends, and insights for stakeholders.
- Regularly present findings to management and provide actionable recommendations.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Collaborate with project managers to evaluate the impact of initiatives on business performance.

- Incentive plan building and optimization:
- Work with cross team to build and optimize internal incentive plan to support business management.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or ROI assessment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking and cross-team collaboration.
