OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for supporting HR operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage daily operations tasks including office management, pantry supplies, and IT equipment coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, labor data, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Support the execution of contracts and paperwork with external partners and service providers.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to manage administrative payments and icon ticket submissions.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Organize internal engagement activities (e.g., monthly dinners, birthday celebrations, retreats, and team-building events).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Admin or a related administrative role.
  • Experience in the IT, mobile gaming, or creative industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in handling labor data, contracts, compliance documents, and general office operations.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, payroll-related procedures, and vendor coordination.
