Job Summary
The HR Admin will be a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist responsible for supporting HR operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and compliance. Key duties include managing daily office operations, maintaining accurate employee records, preparing contracts, coordinating with external partners, assisting with recruitment, and organizing internal engagement activities.

Job Description
OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for supporting HR operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and compliance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage daily operations tasks including office management, pantry supplies, and IT equipment coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, labor data, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
- Prepare and manage contracts, and other HR-related documents.
- Support the execution of contracts and paperwork with external partners and service providers.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to manage administrative payments and icon ticket submissions.
- Assist with recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Organize internal engagement activities (e.g., monthly dinners, birthday celebrations, retreats, and team-building events).

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Admin or a related administrative role.
- Experience in the IT, mobile gaming, or creative industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in handling labor data, contracts, compliance documents, and general office operations.
- Familiarity with HR processes, payroll-related procedures, and vendor coordination.
