Position Summary – The Office Manager is the backbone of our headquarter, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere. Handle everything from supplies to planning and scheduling with efficiency, excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, creating an environment where the team can excel and thrive.

Note: EU residency and living in the Netherlands is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Handles telephone calls, packages, and (snail)mail;
  
• Secretarial support:  prepare meeting rooms, print & scanning, etc, monitors general email addresses;
• Support and manage the restaurant: our employees enjoy a healthy tasty daily meal;
• Purchases office equipment: stationary, and merchandise;
  
• Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary;
• Takes care of travel needs: booking flights; transportation, hotels, etc.

Who you are:

• Helpful person who enjoys people;
• Min of one year hospitality experience/office management;
• Service oriented, always ready to help;
• Action-oriented; sees what needs to be done;
• Takes initiative;
• Can listen and has good communication skills;
• Works structured and with detailing;
  
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Dutch is a plus. 

Bonus:

• Professional cooking- or kitchen experience is a pre.
