Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM and SailPoint ensuring minimal downtime and disruption
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and maintain IAM solutions
Monitor system performance and security identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities
Assist in the development and implementation of IAM policies procedures and best practices
Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with security standards
Provide training and support to endusers on IAM and SailPoint functionalities
Stay updated with the latest developments in IAM and SailPoint technologies and recommend improvements
