PE Technician

Responsible for analyzing and resolving issues related to machine structure and materials, optimizing manufacturing processes, and improving production yield. This role involves reviewing the manufacturability of new projects, leading their mass production acceptance, proactively identifying and resolving problems to enhance project introduction quality. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical design or materials, possess strong learning, communication, and stress resistance abilities, and be prepared for day and night shifts.

Must Have

• Analyze and solve problems related to machine structure and materials
• Optimize manufacturing processes and improve manufacturing yield
• Review new project manufacturability and lead mass production acceptance
• Identify and resolve issues to improve project introduction quality
• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or materials related major
• Proficiency in common drawing tools
• Tolerance analysis capability
• Proficiency in common data analysis tools
• Ability to accept day and night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for analyzing and solving problems related to the overall machine structure and materials, optimizing manufacturing processes, and improving manufacturing yield.

2. Responsible for new project manufacturability review, leading new project mass production acceptance, identifying problems in advance, and completing the closed-loop resolution to improve project introduction quality.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical design or materials related major.

2. Proficiency in common drawing tools, with tolerance analysis capability, and proficiency in common data analysis tools.

3. Strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and stress resistance, able to accept day and night shifts.
