Job Summary

This Department Director role is responsible for overseeing the domestic manufacturing center, including production operations, NPI introduction, process engineering, equipment TPM, process quality, and cost control. The role requires a leader with strong experience in integrated R&D, production, and sales enterprises, capable of driving efficiency, ensuring product quality, and managing global factory resources. Fluent English is a must.

Must Have

  • Manage domestic manufacturing center operations (production, NPI, process engineering, TPM, quality, cost)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall management of the domestic manufacturing center's business, mainly including production operations, NPI introduction, process engineering, equipment TPM, process quality, and cost control.

2. Production Operations Management: Overall coordination of production factory operations, coordinating resources such as personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment, solving production bottlenecks, ensuring production plans are met on time, and continuously improving production efficiency.

3. NPI Introduction: Overall coordination of the entire process of new products from R&D design to mass production, ensuring products smoothly enter large-scale production on time, with quality, and within cost targets.

4. Industrial Engineering Management: Responsible for leading the design, optimization, and implementation of product production processes, ensuring efficient and stable production, while guaranteeing product quality and reducing process-related costs.

5. Production Equipment Management: Responsible for factory equipment management, including TPM, MTTR, MTBF, OEE.

6. Quality and Cost Control: Establish and supervise the factory's production organization according to quality management system requirements, ensuring products meet standards; reduce production costs and improve product profitability by optimizing processes, controlling energy consumption, and material consumption.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 10+ years of work experience in medium to large-sized R&D, production, and sales integrated collaborative enterprises, with priority given to those with production management operations and product NPI introduction management experience.

2. Familiar with R&D IPD process, with practical experience in leading product NPI introduction, familiar with the early preparation and process planning for product transfer, trial production organization and process control, problem-solving during trial production, process optimization, and training organization.

3. Master IE/PE methodologies, capable of using methodologies and tools to lead a team to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals in process design, standardization, efficiency improvement, quality assurance, process training, and technical support during the production process; understand the core essence and methodology of lean production.

4. Excellent cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively interface with R&D, supply chain, factory, and other multi-party roles to promote project transfer, production plan achievement, and process design implementation.

5. Clear logical thinking, strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, good communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit.

6. Able to adapt to global factory resource scheduling (e.g., urgent orders, policy environment, etc.) and ensure plan achievement and product quality in multi-tasking collaborative scenarios.

7. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, English can be used as a working language (essential).
