Testora is a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze their personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests. The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns to hit key performance goals
- Develop and test hypotheses to enhance campaign performance
- Analyze data to drive informed decisions for campaign optimization
- Set up tracking within ad platforms and work closely with the tech team on MMP integrations
Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience as a UA Manager, Media Buyer, or PPC Specialist, focused on Google Ads
- Solid track record managing Google Ads campaigns—Search, web-to-app, or web-to-web
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer or similar MMP tools
- Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel (advanced formulas, data manipulation, etc.)
