Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in software architecture or solution architecture roles, with significant experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong background in AI, automation, multi-agent systems, and enterprise integration.
  • Proven track record in leading POCs, prototypes, and large-scale solution design.
  • Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, and microservices architectures.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C#, or similar).
  • Strong experience in evaluating vendor technologies, including due diligence and integration strategies.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO).

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cross-functional technology programs across our healthcare business operations. This role will be central in shaping the architecture of cutting-edge solutions by working closely with internal stakeholders, the technical community, and third-party software vendors. The successful candidate will be hands-on, capable of developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts, while also providing strategic architectural guidance that drives innovation in agentic AI platforms, multi-agent systems, and enterprise automation.

Your role:

  • Solution Architecture Leadership
  • Define and own the architecture for AI, automation, and enterprise-scale solutions across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with product teams, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals.
  • Hands-On Prototyping & POCs
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate emerging technologies.
  • Develop prototypes, write code, and demonstrate solution feasibility.
  • Vendor & Technology Evaluation
  • Conduct white-spotting exercises to identify unmet business needs and opportunities for innovation.
  • Perform technical due diligence of third-party vendor solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and enterprise standards.
  • Agentic AI Platform Development
  • Architect and build a scalable agentic AI platform to enable creation, orchestration, and governance of multiple intelligent agents.
  • Define best practices for agentic architectures, integrating automation, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish architectural guidelines, reference models, and reusable frameworks.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and technical leads.
