Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain data models and visualizations for process mining while exploring and evaluating new related technologies
- User Support and Consulting: Support and consult users in process mining to ensure effective usage
- Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and user requirements
- Documentation and Reporting: Contribute to technical documentation and results documentation
- Community Engagement and Outreach: Support process mining community and outreach activities
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Education: Degree in Software Engineering, IT Administration, or Data Engineering, or a related field
- Programming Abilities: Experience in at least one programming language is an advantage
- Tools and Systems: Proficiency in data manipulation with at least one widely used database system, especially SQL, stored procedures, or Data Building Tool; Familiarity with ETL tools, processes, and/or middleware (e.g., MS SSIS) is a plus
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Experience in data visualization and interpretation
- Working Style: Proactive, structured with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Language skills: Fluent in English
