Producer Assistant (Warsaw)
Job Description
- Experience assisting a producer or participating in filming processes as an assistant or helper
- Awareness in the field of photo and video production, knowledge of key industry specialists
- Basic experience with Notion, Figma
- Proficiency in Polish
- Assisting with current tasks during project implementation or on film sets
- Preparing props for shoots: purchasing, collecting, controlling, and disassembling props after the filming process
- Maintaining records of e-commerce products and systematizing data in relevant databases
- Preparing presentations and work tables for various areas
- Transferring and updating information in internal databases, tables
- Communicating with location representatives and contractors: initial contacts, collecting commercial offers and calculations
- Coordinating meetings (team, with contractors, and on projects) with subsequent report preparation

Your future tasks:
- Assisting with current tasks during project implementation or on film sets;
- Preparing props for shoots: purchasing, collecting, controlling, and disassembling props after the filming process;
- Maintaining records of e-commerce products and systematizing data in relevant databases;
- Preparing presentations and work tables for various areas;
- Transferring and updating information in internal databases, tables;
- Communicating with location representatives and contractors: initial contacts, collecting commercial offers and calculations;
- Coordinating meetings (team, with contractors, and on projects) with subsequent report preparation.
What you need for this:
- Experience participating in filming processes or involvement in the field of producing from 6 months;
- Understanding of the producer's role and the general structure of the film crew's work;
- English level Upper-Intermediate;
- Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite);
- Ability to calculate estimates, work with spreadsheets and databases;
- Skills in systematizing and optimizing large volumes of information;
- Clarity, responsibility, and speed in decision-making.
Will be a plus:
