Product Designer (UI)

Your mission

As a Product Designer, you will have a significant role and a possibility to work on exciting iGaming, Fintech and Enterprise software products. You will become a part of our growing team and work alongside product designers and software engineers in cross-collaboration with product and engineering managers, product owners and other business stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about the knowledge share and invests in the growth of others while demonstrating openness, reception and the mindset to do new things and keep on learning.

What you'll do

We are currently looking for a designer who excels in the UI area with a deep understanding of UI Engineering.

• Master high quality UI mock-ups and prototypes consistent with existing design guidelines while incorporating good engineering experience;
• Create extensive UI guidelines and prepare design hand-off to developers;
• Bridge the gap between design and development, helping software engineers to explore technical solutions;
• Collaborate with development teams to effectively package and streamline UI;
• Design layouts with the users’ goals in mind and work closely with other Product designers;
• Present product design deliveries to cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Champion best UI and UX practices that meet user and business needs;
• Organise and facilitate various design workshops and learning initiatives;
• Conduct stakeholders’ interviews and build good working relationships with the senior leadership team;
• Demonstrate attention to detail and empathy to the user needs while achieving core business objectives;
• Have a possibility to explore other fields of design work including branding, identity and games;
• Be a pro-active mentor and effectively share knowledge;
• Be a design ambassador raising awareness of the importance of great user experiences and the value of design in everything we do.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience working within the UI field;
• Attention to detail and delivering pixel-perfect designs;
• Proven record in shipping complex UI projects;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
• Experience working within a full-stack design team;
• Ability to facilitate design workshops for a wide range of audiences;
• Ability to analyse and solve sophisticated technical and design problems
• Ability to articulate product design decisions and act upon received feedback;
• Ability to share knowledge and elevate peers through effective mentoring and coaching;
• Experience in managing stakeholders’ expectations;
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, System Thinking, IA, UI patterns and guidelines;
• Strong hands-on skills in creating UI prototypes, flows and specs;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Fluent level of written and spoken English;

Nice to have:

• Understanding of modern web development principles, tools and techniques (React, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working within the iGaming industry is a plus
• Experience working with React UI Libraries is a plus.
