Ltd. founded by Indian International Cricketer Deepak Chahar and his wife, a Veteran media-tech professional Jaya Chahar, has built a unique gaming app called "TFG- Trade Fantasy Game" - launched on 26th february 2023. This platform has a unique gamified experience built into an ecosystem of interlinked fantasy games and casual games where sports fans and gamers can use their knowledge of sports to play, trade, earn and engage with the best of sports personalities' digital collectibles in the form of cards.

TFG has a mission to be the first choice of sports related engagement platform for all sports viewers globally.

Role Overview:

As a Product Designer at TFG, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate is someone who not only possesses a strong passion for UI and UX design but also has the determination to achieve excellence and contribute to building innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives.

• Translate user requirements and design specifications into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps and websites.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

• Design user interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance usability and engagement.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design patterns, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Assist in creating and maintaining design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.

Qualifications:

• 1.5-4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products, preferably mobile apps and websites.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including examples of designing products from scratch.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Creative problem solver with a hunger to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects.

• Attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.

• Degree in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field is a plus.
