Job Description
The Product Engineer is responsible for supporting existing products in production and transitioning new products to volume production. This includes product characterization, qualification, yield analysis, and improvement, with a focus on expanding products to different fabrication sites. The role involves leading projects and teams, developing schedules, and interacting with various technical and production groups. Key responsibilities include working with automated test equipment, wafer sort, and final testing. The candidate will be involved in yield analysis and improving yields, ensuring product performance and reliability.
Good To Have:
- Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing.
- Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired.
Must Have:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 1-2 years of Test Product Engineering experience preferred.
- Experience with automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
- Experience with CMOS basics and device physics.
- Experience with yield analysis software/database.
- Familiarity with reliability testing and failure analysis.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
- Demonstrate advanced data analysis & statistical capabilities.
Job Description
Responsible for support of existing products in production and the transition of new products to volume production. Focus on product expansion to different fabrication sites. Responsibilities include product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis, and yield improvement. Position requires interface with various technical and production groups and includes leading projects, teams, and individuals as well as the development of project schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of Test Product Engineering (NPI/Sustaining) experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with support of automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
- Experience with CMOS basics and device physics, including BiCMOS, preferably analog / power electronics IC knowledge.
- Experience with yield analysis software/database (JMP, Spotfire).
- Familiarity with reliability testing, methodologies, basic failure analysis principles and techniques, automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
- Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing is a plus.
- Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired
Competencies:
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of advanced data analysis & statistical capabilities
