About the Team Volcano Ark is a large model service platform launched by Volcano Engine, providing end-to-end solutions and services, including model training, reasoning, evaluation, and fine-tuning, and focusing on supporting the large model ecosystem. As a Volcano Ark PDSA, you will be a technical solution expert within our product team. Your role involves engaging with strategic customers to develop their AI strategies and prioritizing use cases that provide business value through Volcano Ark and Volcano Engine platforms. Your background should include experience in customer-facing roles and a track record of leading architecture discussions with customer technical departments. Responsibilities - Recommend the enterprise architectures, platforms, and AI LLM capabilities that are necessary for the successful implementation of complete solutions by using the best practices of the Volcano Ark platform - Provide comprehensive AI expertise to strengthen the technical relationship with Volcano Ark customers. - Demonstrate how Volcano Ark platform is distinct, emphasizing the power of accelerators by collaborating with customers on POCs and product features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking. - Engage in conversations with customers and account teams to evaluate and advance new opportunities, grasp key technical objections, and eliminate technical obstacles.

Minimum Qualifications - B. Sc or higher degree in Computer Science / Telecommunications / AI or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions - At least 3 years of customer-facing advisory or technical pre-sales consulting experience, to demonstrate the ability to distill core technical concepts and bring business outcomes; - Possess excellent project management and organization & coordination capabilities, target oriented, and result-delivery skills; - Knowledge of the latest industry trends of generative AI, AI Native application directions, and have a clear judgment on the landing paths and feasibility of generative artificial intelligence in various industrial fields.
