Professional Architecture Intern

WSP, a global consulting and professional services firm, is seeking a Professional Architecture Intern. The role involves supporting architectural plan development, 3D modeling in Revit, coordinating with design teams, preparing quantity take-offs for budgets, and assisting the department. Must Have

• Support in the development of architectural plans.
• Perform modeling in Autodesk Revit, 3D views (renders) and walkthrough videos.
• Participate in coordination with work teams for the correct development of design projects.
• Preparation of quantity take-offs for project budgets, sheets, presentations.
• Support any required needs within the area.
• Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• Graduate of the Architecture professional career.
• Availability to work in person in Miraflores.

Good to Have

• Knowledge in handling REVIT, AUTOCAD, Lumion, 5D Render and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo.
